			<title>Testimonial of the Month</title>
			<link>http://www.univchiro.com/content/view/55/12/</link>
			<description>
I first began chiropractic care after much hesitation but,
decided to go for it with the advice of my massage therapist. Dr. Sue answered all my questions and showed
so much compassion and care. I had many
concerns but, everything went fine.
After just a few weeks of care I began to see great progress and
improvements.  My headaches have
disappeared, I am sleeping 7 straight hours (never did that before!) and I have
noticed a little weight change. Dr. Sue
is a caring person and I would highly recommend his services. Kara C., 27 year old teacher

			<title>Wellness Tips</title>

			<description>
Do you know what the best
sleeping position during pregnancy is?

Early in your pregnancy, try to get into the habit of sleeping on your side.
Ideally on your left side. Lying on your left side helps keep the uterus off
that large organ. If you do shift onto your back and the baby&amp;#39;s weight presses
on your inferior vena cava (on of the main veins coming from your heart), the discomfort will probably wake you up. Lastly,
consider a pregnancy pillow. There are many to choose from and we will be happy
to advise you on which one is best for your body type.

 We see many women for care throughout their pregnancies. Don&amp;#39;t let your pain and discomfort be a daily ordeal!

			<title>Shocking Study Reveals......</title>
			<link>http://www.univchiro.com/content/view/58/7/</link>
			<description>
Are you aware that in the United States back pain is the second leading cause for physician visits and is second only to childbirth for hospitalizations?

It is also the most prevalent chronic medical condition and primary cause of long-term disability. Back pain, headaches, arthritis and musculoskeletal disorders combine to cost employers $61 billion per year in lost productive time alone and $100 billion in annual health care costs.

EAT YOUR FRUITS   VEGETABLES!

DID YOU KNOW?

Studies calculate that by simply eating one extra serving of fruits or vegetables a day decreases the chance of having a stroke by about 6 percent. And eating about thirty servings of fruits and vegetables a week (or just under 5 a day) can lower the risk of the most common type of stroke by 30%!
