ATTENTION WEEKEND WARRIORS:

Do YOU Want To TRASH YOUR BODIES AND GET AWAY WITH IT?

Although chiropractors are known for their ability to treat headaches, neck, mid and low back pain.  The practice of chiropractic is not confined to just the spine.  Chiropractors are trained to take care of every joint in your body whether it's the little facet joints in your spine or your shoulder, elbow, wrist or your hip, knee and ankle.

Almost every athlete that competes at a higher level has received the benefits of chiropractic care.  Every professional team, whether it be baseball, football or basketball often has a team chiropractor.  At the international level, chiropractors have been recognized for their work with athletes in many sports.

What does this all mean to you - the weekend warrior?  It means that you too can enjoy the tremendous benefits of chiropractic care!  Whether you are a finely tuned world class athlete or someone who likes to do recreational activities on the weekend as well as everyone in between, chiropractic care can help you to perform optimally.

Anytime you do something active, you are placing more physical stress on your body.  Even if you're in great shape, your body's ability to adapt and react to this physical stress can vary depending on your diet and your general daily activities (e.g. the way you sleep, the type of work you do, your posture as well as your general body awareness and biomechanics).  Quite often, this can lead to injuries if your body is unable to adapt and change according to the stress that's placed upon it.

Chiropractic care should not be looked at from only a "band-aid approach", where one searches out care only when they're hurt, it should also be looked at from a preventative point of view.  People that are receiving care regularly not only perform optimally they heal, rehabilitate and bounce back a lot quicker when they are injured.
